I made an order online on 1/24/2024 with Girluxe.com. The payment was taken via Shop Pay. After a week, I noticed that I had not received my merchandise and the tracking number they provided on Shop Pay was incorrect. I contacted the company and requested the correct tracking on 2/6/2024. They did not give me the tracking information, instead they asked me to be patient and that my order was coming within a few days. I contacted them again on 2/12/2024 for tracking information and still was not given tracking information, only told that it was coming. I requested a refund on 2/19/2024 and did not receive a response. The money ($15.99) was taken out of my account on 1/24/2024. I attempted to inform Shop Pay of the fraudulent activity; however, they are only a payment company, and the site referred me to Affirm for disputes. I contacted Affirm and was told that they could not do anything about it and to contact my bank. I have the receipt, emails between the company and I, and proof that the money was taken from my account. They sell clothes (female clothing). They also have ads on TikTok. I went back to search for the online store on TikTok and could not find it.
