We had a maternity photoshoot in November. November 9th was when we were told that we will receive our edited picture's after 24 business days. It has been more than a month. The photographer named Mariam Dadashyan started giving us lame excuses that she will send the pictures in a day and then in a week and so on, but now she is not responding at all. We feel cheated. She never picks up her phone. She is a fraud.

We’re sorry this experience has been frustrating. We’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.

The maternity photoshoot was completed as agreed, and the edited images included in the original package were delivered to the client. After delivery, additional edits and extras were requested that were not part of the purchased package. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide those additional services without further payment.

This matter is a service scope disagreement, not a scam or fraud. At no point was payment accepted without providing the agreed-upon service.

We remain open to resolving any misunderstandings directly and professionally. We encourage the client to contact us to discuss this further.
