Ordered a garden spinner that was shown as a 5'+ item and it finally came in a tiny 6" x 8.5" box and its only about 2' high assembled. Totally misrepresented in the ad and pictures.

It is toy size - ridiculous. Full refund and satisfaction guaranteed! After multiple emails back and forth they want to give me $9 and that's it. I will absorb the $4.99 shipping fee, and accept

$32.99 but they won't offer that. I finally got the address 301, Building 3rd, No. 5, Tiyu South Road, Chikan District Zhanjiang, Guangdong, 524044 China Conventiok is name of company

Please advise if it is safe to return to this address or is this a scam too?
