I purchased 3 clothing items. One item came that was not was advertised - online it clearly shows it as a long-sleeved jacket. What I received was a jacket with 3/4 length sleeves. I contacted the online store to indicate that I would like to return it and they said their policy is that when you buy 3 or more items, you cannot return any of them. I explained that there is something wrong with an item or it is clearly not as advertised. They tried to offer me a credit of a percentage of my purchase, and just kept reiterating their policy. I sent photos of what was on their website and what I received. I asked them if what I received was defective or falsely advertised. I told them that I was misled by both the photo advertising the jacket as well as the description. I sent them excerpts from the law about false advertising and shortly after that, 5 days later, the store known as Bohme Toronto suddenly became Luna Toronto and "Bohme" no longer exists. Luna is literally the exact website with exactly the same products just with a new name.
