This company sent me a letter regarding labor posters and BOIR filing totaling $197.00. The letter and accompanying information appeared legitimate and factual. As a new business starting up, I decided to pay the fees and comply, thinking this was a legitimate requirement. They sent me an email to my business email because I had failed to enter all the intended information. When I attempted to complete the information, I was unable to complete it. I reviewed the letter to obtain a contact number to notify them, but I couldn't find one. That is when I googled the company and found that the address was not accurate, and there was no contact number to follow up with. I have no way to recoup my monies sent so that was very disheartening.
