On 01/23/25, I reached out to a FB ad (first mistake) for Priority Meds.com for a 3 month supply of GLP-1 Medication for $749. On 01/29/25 I received a UPS tracking confirmation 1Z9Y16F70132528689 and was told I would receive the product in three (3) days. On 02/09/25 I still haven't received my product, and the tracking number shows it sitting in Chantilly, VA. I requested to cancel it since it was nearly three weeks. They responded via text they "reshipped" my package and it would be delivered by 02/12/25, Tracking number 1ZB3457W0147861109 (UPS said this tracking number is over 120 days old and no info). On 02/15/25 I called 954-866-4773 to inquire about my delivery and was told that an employee of Priority Med stole $40K in GLP-1 that was supposed to be delivered to UPS. I was provided a 3rd tracking number 1ZE0393601177444630. I never received the package, and the tracking number was not valid according to UPS. I requested a refund and no response. They will not answer my phone calls or texts, and they blocked me on FB when I reported them as a scam. I will dispute with my credit card. Buyer beware!

I paid for the Tirzepatide program on 1/18/25 and received a UPS tracking number saying package was mailed on 1/21/25 for overnight delivery. I called on 1/23/25 because I received nothing and the UPS tracking number was not updated. The Priority Med representative said “oh I see that your package went out today, the delay was due to a storm and UPS lost packages. You will get it tomorrow”. I got nothing. I texted and emailed letting them know that I will make a complaint to the BBB. I received platitudes and was given a new tracking number on 1/29/25 saying it would arrive on 1/30/25. As we speak nothing has been delivered. I have disputed the payment with my credit card company. The sales ploy is to make a pitch claiming that the company is run by women just to bait vulnerable women! Beware!!!! Check on Reddit for more comments about this suspicious company. I wish I did before spending my money and time dealing with this company.
