Type of a scam Phishing

The scammer will contact the target on Facebook Marketplace the moment something comes up and then attempt to buy it from the target. They will ask for an email address and a phone number because they have a, "business account" so they can pay you. Once they have your email they will send a fake email (I think using proton) about how you need a business account to accept the money for a 300 fee. They will try to get you to trust them. I can't say exactly how they end up taking the money as I didn't lose any cash. I think they pretend to send you money while you send the refund to them.

I received the following email from (Eduardo Martinez) this person for I dress that I am selling in *** online"

I have just completed the transfer to you and you should have received the confirmation email from paypal already...Kindly send me the pick up address, I made an additional payment of 250$ for the transport company's pick-up fee you will have to refund this via moneygram money transfer , i am sure you noticed that, according to paypal's policy you'll have to send the extra amount to the Transport Company Office through moneygram right away, You can go to the nearest post office or grocery store to make the money transfer and then send the MoneyGram Transfer Information to PayPal for verification, before the transaction can be finalized... Here is the info you'll need to send the fee to the Shipping Agent through moneygram ...
