I attempted to purchase a woodwind from this music store.... fortunately for me, as soon as I hit enter, my phone advised me that my bank declined the charge. The bank suggested I contact them to try to re-process. The website does contain an address, but no phone number. When I google earthed the address, it is an apartment complex. I dove deeper and found that Crescendo music store in Connecticut is advising that this Alabama location is someone trying to scam people.
