I bought a dress for my daughter for a wedding and received a completely different dress, different style, different size and very poor quality and material. It was absolutely not the same dress that I saw online . I contacted the company and they replied with an email stating that I could keep the dress and they would refund me 30% of the cost of the dress . I responded to their customer service department that I did not want 30% of the dress refunded because it was not my fault that they sent me a different dress. I wanted to return the dress and I wanted a full refund and a return shipping label given to me so that I could return this dress free of charge since this was not my error. They then responded that they would refund me 40% of the dress and I could keep it, but if I insisted on returning the dress, then I would have to return it through the post office internationally to China and they would not cover the shipping cost. The shipping cost to China is outrageous and the address that they gave me is a residential home. This company claims to be based out of California. Their website shows a California address and when sending merchandise the tracking information shows that it originated in California.. I have read reviews on Trust Pilot and everyone has said the same exact thing. This company is a total scam. Their website should be taken off line. They do not send the merchandise that is advertised on the website. They take peoples money and then refuse to refund or make them mail the package back to China with an outrageous shipping fee. I have emailed them again stating that I want a full refund for the dress and a free shipping label but they have stopped responding.

Ordered on 2/11/25 from Margovil still haven’t received order. Needed for a wedding. Now they said they are working on shipping my order! What?

I show a charge for $115.84 on my c.c. Been trying to get this company to just cancel my order and refund my card. They keep saying we will credit you half the shipping for my inconvenience! I said no .. you will refund all of it ! Are you kidding me!!

Do NOT order from them! I normally look at reviews before ordering and I didn’t for some reason. Never ordering again from anyone accept Amazon!!!!
