Purchased on 9 Oct. 2023 what I was believed to think were tickets for a flight through United Airlines for 2 adults and 1 infant from Louisville, KY to El Paso, TX from Dec. 24 - Dec. 31, 2023. Was contacted hours after my credit card was charged (even though the purchase summary stated I wouldn't be charged until I received my E-Tickets) and informed I would need to pay an additional $800+ and the price I was originally charged was for "stand by ticket" These stand by tickets were not advertised on the website and the website was provided via a link on a flight comparison website. I refused to pay and demanded a refund. I was continuously contacted and harassed via phone call and text message to pay more money for flights and eventually had to block the individuals to get the contact to stop. I contacted the airline company directly and they confirmed that I did not have a flight reservation and that they did not have affiliation with the company that charged my credit card. I am currently still disputing the charges through my credit card company to avoid paying for goods/services that I did not receive due to false and misleading advertising.

Trying to book airline tickets through United Airlines but their website was not working properly so asked my husband to get me United number from the internet. He found number underneath United Airlines website. When we back checked we found that he had given me FLY365INC number which was directly listed beneath United. I was trying to book a multi city flight and FLY365INC, which I thought was United airlines rep, said I could not do this online that’s why the website was not working. FLY365INC charged us 1,100.00 to book a ticket that United would have charged 25.00. After I had doc signed contract… thinking I was talking to United rep…I got suspicions. I then called United…the correct number this time…United said this company was not affiliated with United Airlines and to report as fraud to my credit card, which I did but Capitol one said it was a scam not fraud and paid FLY365INC. These men had Indian sounding voices and were very clever in trying to represent United Airlines. Somehow FLY365INC was able to add an email to my frequent flyer miles which I reported to United. Please beware, I am hearing deficient and elderly and have been taken scammed by very cunning people.
