I got a text from 321-247-3895 a company called One Solution Tech solutions telling me they are closing their business and to call them if I want my 200.00 refund on the computer support package I bought. I in fact did buy from this company 3 years previous so I did not think it unusual. I called the number 1-888-837-4092 to get the refund from the company. The guy who answered said sure no problem, and that he would hang up and call me back on a secure line. He called me back on this number 585-348-4319. Said he was Mark Wilson, gave his employee ID email etc. He said to go on the computer to log in so he could remove the product from my computer now that I would not be using it anymore. Since I had this product on my computer and they had fixed computer issues before I did not think it unusual for them to go into my computer and "take the controls" to remove the product. He shows me a web site that looks exactly like Chase bank and says he will transfer the 200.00 refund to my account. He tells me to log off so that they cannot see my bank account number. I log off and only see their bank web site. When I thought I had logged off, what I was looking at was a fake web page, but behind that web page I actually was not logged off and they meanwhile transferred 20,000.00 dollars out of my checking account! Yes Twenty thousand dollars gone! I was on the phone for 6 hours!!!! horrific day, and he just kept saying something was wrong with my computer and they were having trouble taking the product off my computer. Waiting and waiting when all the while I was looking at smoke and mirrors web page and they behind the scenes were waiting to see if my 20,000.00 cleared to their bank. Of course when it was all done and the next day I go to my bank account and see the everything is gone, I called them back. They said it was a mistake and that they would fix it. Another 6 hours on the phone and they left me high and dry. These are the most vile people stealing from people who are working hard everyday to just carve out a living for our families. I hope they are caught and have to pay some serious consequences.
