Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was contacted through email by a scammer wanting to know what the bottom line was that I would take for the car I am trying to sell. I replied the price was firm, and actually the car is worth more than listed for and if he was interested to let me know. Read Below his reply...
His reply to my reply was this....
Thanks for mailing back, am okay with the price but i will like to
offer you $8,900 for the Car. I am indeed very motivated to purchase
the car from you and am okay with the condition of the car am
purchasing it for my leave because i'll be coming soon from this
field. As I'm a Petroleum Project Engineer in(Hamburg oil Field,
Alberta) My work don't permit me to come over for inspection, contact
via phone would have been the easiest means to talk to you but we are
out of cell range, the satellite is often playing up but we can get
along via e-mail. I will process the payment to you now via PayPal the
fast and easy way to pay and get paid online, safe and secure for both
of us. Once my money is through into your PayPal account and you cash
it out, my Courier Agent will contact you in-order to handle the
pick-up and delivery at any location of your choice to My Place.
