I ordered a knit retro hoodie sweater from their website at OliviaWestwood-Boutique.com. A sweater that was supposed to be knitted with a yarn type of material. What I received was a 100% polyester, pullover, hooded shirt that had the print of a sweater printed on the polyester. Now they are telling me that I have to pay $15 in order to return that fake sweater back to them in order for me to get my refund. So the scam that they are running is they are sending something that is definitely not as described on the website but still making you pay $15 to send it back so they inevitably end up making $15 from their scam product.
