I purchased 2 tubes of Olivia Blaire Wand Mascara. The tubes I received were empty. There is literally no product on the wand or my lashes after numerous applications. I contacted the company and all they will offer is a 10% refund or I can pay out of my own pocket to return the mascara and they will deduct $5 for restocking. I wint sink anymore moneyinto this scam, so Ill just cut my losses at this point, but I wanted to help others not fall victim to the same scam.
