Scammer named "Morgan Dickens" offered to sell our vacation property in Mexico. They said we had to open a Trust Bank account at Inbursa Bank in Mexico, pay a fiscalization fee, a currency exchange fee, legalization and recording fee and pay taxes for $24,000. They offered me $67,000 for the membership in Cancun. The investor "buyer" is a Mexican billionaire named Fernando G.Chico Pardo.

Scammer offered to sell our vacation property in Mexico. They said we had to open a bank account in Mexico to pay taxes. $6130.00 . They offered $308,000 for the property.
