John Holmes, "owner" of Old World Builders LLC, approached me at my job site. He had a tragic back story of his shop being destroyed by the tornado and then asked me for work in basically all construction trade fields. He gave me his card. I told him to look at a couple homes that had exterior damage and come up with an estimate. I have done some digging and he has no website, Google/BBB/Yelp/FB cant find him, the area code for his address on his card is incorrect, the actual business at this address is something completely different.

While no exchange of goods, labor or capital has taken place, he wanted money up front and spent most of the time focusing on that aspect. Be careful folks.
