Received advertisement on Facebook - went into website to look at ordering - decided not to order - did not select submit. Next day I received order confirmation for $214 oh product. Tried to cancel but could not. Per Sofie at support team I need to pay $70 to return to China. Package shows shipped from 2452 Gillingham Circle - Thousand Oaks Ca also report on line as a scam.

Customer service confirmed they are having issues with computer system. Many complaints customer received orders they did not order and informed have to return to China. This is not noted in their return policy - they are scamming customers should not be in business.
