Purchased item online. The company reached out apologized said a 14 day delay on you and offered additional toy for compensation. The company then sent order fake shipping confirmation. Fed ex confirmed was not from the company or to the intended address. Contacted company and they apologized saying tracking number was incorrect and I will receive a new tracking and order emailed. Never received anything reached out 3 additional times with no response. The item was initially bought and my credit charged now 3 months ago. All communication was done via email no phone available.
