On May 7, 2021, I ordered dog beds BOGO. The company took the money from my account immediately, and I still have no dog beds. They sent me an email stating that they were preparing my order to ship and would notify me when it shipped. I would be able to track it through SHOP. There is no contact information for this company, the website I visited before is no longer valid. I have notified SHOP and am waiting to hear from them. I have contacted Cuddle Pups Online multipple times with NO RESPONSE.

I ordered two cuddle pup beds on May 10, 2021, and have received nothing. The money was taken from my account! I have e-mailed this company several times and never get an answer! This company is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
