Type of a scam Government Grant

I got a message from a facebook friend supposedly now,,asking how it's going & etc, and in the it came up that she supposedly got some grant money through this face book guy?? That claimed to be from the federal government as an offical agent & so he claimed I could a good summer of money for free,, and so I bit for it & he wad so persistent that I would get this money if I pay so & so,, and so it kept on going on & on & I don't know why I wasn't more cautious about this but he kept saying he gives his assurance that I will get this money if I pay so much again,, we'll it ended of going to the bank manager & he was supposed to get me the money through his bank,, anyway he kept saying that this money supposedly comes from the IMF international monetary fund & they demand so much for all the processing fees & etc,, we'll i kept questinning them all the time & he kept coming back to me & saying yes this is all legit & he gives me 100% assurance that I will get this money if I pay this much again, anyway the last draw now is that they can send this money but Im going to have to pay another 15000 or 16000 for the security company & the delivery company to delivery this money because of the large amount.. but I have told them that I can't pay any more & that this can't be right,, but they are very persistent that this has to be paid before I will get any money.. so I have ended up paying over 70000 to 80000 to get this money,, so what can I do and how do I report these guys?? Are they really fictional.. is this really a scam??how do I know.. I am not going to pay them any more,, Iso it possible to get some help with this,, I am getting desperate!!
