I never received my shampoo and conditioner and was put on a membership fee that I had no idea of, until it was too late to do anything about. I kept asking the company for a refund and they kept telling me to wait for it and that they would send another one and to wait for that order which they said would have the same tracking number. I already knew that was not true. If I never got it the first time, they would need to make a new on. The old tracking even stated it never went out and was just made by someone. I would like my money back, all $122.96 of it.

I ordered onion shampoo and conditioner from Valara beauty. I saw them on Facebook and there were tons of comments saying how great the product was so I decided to try it. I clicked on their website link through their fb page (which you can no longer find their fb page) then ordered a set of two shampoo/conditioners. The total was $29.99 or $30 as the emailed receipt states. This was December 13, 2024 I ordered, the next day I received an email that my order had shipped along with a tracking number. It’s now 1/16/25, I have not received anything in the mail from them, I have checked the tracking number frequently and it has not updated since the day I received it. On 1/11/25, I noticed another charge in the same amount as my purchase go through on my debit card. From Valera’s website I figured out it was a “monthly subscription” which was stated no where when I made my purchase. I emailed the company and told them that I didn’t authorize them to sign me up for a monthly subscription and charge my card without my prior approval and that I wanted a refund. I was told my membership was canceled but there was no mention of being refunded the amount that they charged me without my knowledge. I have emailed them several times about a refund for the charge and have not gotten any responses back about a refund, I have also emailed asking why I haven’t received my order and that the tracking on it hasn’t even updated and was told that if my order isn’t to me by the end of the week (which would be tomorrow 1/17/25) to contact them and they would get me in touch with someone higher up. I have no faith in my order ever showing up let alone if I email them and tell them that it has not come, that they will do anything about it considering how they have handled everything else thus far. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and will have to get a new debit card so this company cannot make any additional unwarranted charges in the future.
