I paid for foundation (female makeup product) off of this site. I even paid for express shipping as well as shipping insurance. The tracking information seems to be non legit. Not only did i not received the item. But my emails go unanswered. And the phone calls to their "support team" ring the same number of times only to be answered by we are busy at this time and leave you're name and number from an American sounding female, the same one every time. No one ever answers. Just like the emails. I used my virtual debit card (for the first time) on this order. And now someone has tried to use it twice. Both times for 29.99. Once for willows and Pine (which i can't find except a restaurant in California) and once for their own website scam, honey and pine. Luckily, since it's my virtual card and they can't use my biometrics for the card, both times it's been stopped by my cards fraud department. Whom i get texts from. I'm pretty positive I'm not the only one. And i certainly hope they end up having to answer to the IRS. .

I'm still trying to get them to answer, but I'm not counting on it. I'm not sure what else i can do. But figured this is a good place to start.
