There was a sale on the shoe brand ON Cloud Monster Shoes. I purchased a pair for $59.96. They sent me a confirmation email and link to follow my package through the shipping process. My shoes were being shipped from China. It has been over five weeks. I looked on the shipping tracker link and it said it was delivered two days ago. I never received the shoes. I have emailed them five diferent times over the last two weeks and called four times, to no avail. I am unable to get ahold of anyone. I have asked for a refund, but no reply. The phone number on the website is not working. This is a scam! Do not purchase anything from this website.

Oemete looks to have a very legitimate website where they sell women's clothes and a few shoes for men. It is VERY well produced, but after ordering my shoes which were at a steep discount (red flag), they were never delivered. After emailing the company and getting no response and calling their number that was never picked up, I researched countless others that had the same scam issue.

I bought some Hoka running shoes from them online. I even searched their name before purchasing to make sure they were legit. They furnished me with a tracking number and receipt upon my purchase. The shoes never arrived.

Attempted to purchase HOKA running shoes for my Daughter from an ad on Google. It took us to the Oemete website which looked legit. Never received an

email with an actual delivery date. Almost 2 weeks later come to find out that the Ohio company is sending fake tracking info (from China). Tried to phone the

company in Ohio (no answer). Emailed them and no reply. Reported to my credit card company. Then I started investigating and noticed that someone just

like me purchased the exact same product and reported it on BBB.

Order from this site and saw the payment posted to my account but never received the email confirmation I was told I would get. Waited another 24 hrs and started to review online complaints about the site. I contacted my bank and thought the money hasn’t cleared I was told it will in a day or 2. My bank recommended cancellation of my card and changing any passwords the might have gotten during the transaction. The phone number never picked up and from what I can see the warehouse as listed on their site is a house
