Charlie White at the numbers 1-888-330-5639 and 609-2975298 are a total fraud!n Have no business yet are on the internet as if they provide auto parts. Charlie White is likely a fake name when he responds...don't fall for texting a check to him as he will cash it and you will lose the money! Big Scam all over the internet...

Hello everyone, in particular the OEM auto parts company Charlie White and Sam Miller who robbed me of $2000 although I doubt that these are their real names. People need to unite against this lawlessness and fraud, the devils have taken hold of these people, such people need to be put in prison, because today they rob tomorrow they kill these reviews are useless as long as they rob honest people. From me and from many other people whom they robbed and are going to continue to do this, I affirm to these guys from this company it will not be sweet soon, that my divine hands will reach you sooner or later, we walk on the same earth and everyone’s heart beats. but such negative stories do not last forever and there are different cases in the lives of such people. Such people and their actions corrupt society morally and everyone becomes like that. I am convinced that such people and their companies should not exist in our society and on earth. Amen.! 💕

I found them on www.car-partusa.com. I paid $7.99 to expediate a search. Got two different calls back for my car part being found. They sent a digital picture of the part and said the part matched my sticker picture I sent them. Said I can only pay with Zelle & when BofA blocked it, I had to call BofA to send the funds. Should have expected a scam. I feel silly! Once the $700 cleared for the headlight, I asked for a shipping tracking number, but have heard nothing. Scam!

I used OEM Auto Parts to find a business offering used auto parts for my '98 Land Rover Discovery. I had lost the key that opens the doors and gas filler. I received quite a few calls from that and chose the first that called. He said his name was Charlie, and he was in NJ. He said not only that they could get the parts, but, if I needed them quickly, could send them out overnight. He wanted to be paid by emailing him the image of both sides of a personal check. I have contacted my bank, who says that once the check clears, they can do nothing. THAT was almost a month ago, and now, not only do I NOT have the parts, but "Charlie" is not answering my emails. When you call the original phone number, you get a tone sounding like a fax machine. I have REPEATEDLY emailed him and the company, offering to accept a refund, if they couldn't find the parts. These are not difficult parts to find-they are on ALL Discoverys. I have found other used parts-usually on ebay-and have been very satisfied with those transactions-NOT THIS ONE!! I am not a "complainer", and this is the first complaint that I have written.

This business if offering products (car products). They are accepting money but not delivering. Promises after promises. This is not a legitimate business.

I went online 7/22/19 to find a transmission and got on a list of used parts dealers. I got a call form about six dealers, and most wanted around $600 or more, but two had it for $400, and I chose OEM Auto Parts US because the other one wanted $150 for shipping. I paid for the transmission with a debit card over the phone and was told I'd be getting it early the next week (7/30-8/2). I have their invoice as well as a couple of emails with a tracking number and shipping company. The shipping company says that nothing was shipped with that number and they know nothing about it. I looked up the web site again, 8/1, and the site is down, the phone numbers I have do not work, and when I got to the complaints about this company I see that others have been ripped off the same way. It's a bogus outfit, and the last address was an apartment.
