A company came up via Facebook that was portraying as AKIRa sister company (Odoncy) with sale items on merchandise. Placed an order well over a month ago. I was referenced to a link to track order there in which it was asking for cc payment to live track the package. I emailed them explaining
and was reassured that the items were Shipped and was provided a tracking number. For about 2 weeks i was able to view tracking as the package was in slow transit. When trying to get tracking update after waiting for a month all tracking information disappeared. I reached out to the company via email with questions and I’m not getting any straight answers pertaining to my items except package was delivered ( that wasn’t) and
The company cannot provide proof of delivery from carrier on their end. I was offered a 60% refund because as mentioned they suffered a loss even though I paid additional for my package to be insured! This is absolutely unacceptable!
