I have been harassed and threaten from the O'connor Legal Consulting Firm for a debt collection. They have harassed me at my employer and threaten to have me arrested for online fraud from the past due account with First Capital/PDL. When I did more investigation through BBB. This firm have been closed for several month with returned mail. I contact PAYPAL about the funds I send of $300.00 and they have filed an complaint to this company on my behalf to refund the fund. I believe have PAYPAL have made this request, because they are now calling me about the return funds, and they will proceed legally by have me serviced and arrests for the debt. Please stop this people from threatening others like myself. Thank you.
