Type of a scam Online Purchase
So, i sent all of that. He then. Said i sent it to the wrong email but responded to our email. Said that we could not text him or leave voicemails. He said that we would have to pay a vet bill to him to receive our bird from him.
After Chris did not respond to our initial email i contacted the vet as his information sounded like a scam. When i called the Oswego vets they said they had not given him our bird i sent them photos of our parrot. They said if i had more recent photos i sent them a video taken the day he flew away. They said the bird they had had significant feather loss. I drove to the clinic to see our Tristan and knew he was in fact our parrot but since he was gone for a week and during the lightning and thunderstorms, he obviously was under distress he plucked out his feathers and that's y the photos of him were so varying. He instantly took to my husband. The vets let us take our bird home and he is doing better he's still prominently quiet but every day more and more vocal and is back to saying his old phrases of step up, what u doing, and sounding like a cop car. Chris still continues to call us leaving voicemails and emails wanting money for our family parrot.
