Type of a scam Online Purchase
On March 21, 2020, I was charged $6.77 for shipping cost on this offer on order number: 192930.
I later discovered that this company had used my debit card number to charge me for an additional order in which I did not authorize.
I contacted the company and they told me that I was automatically enrolled into their program and I have a new order ready to ship out.
I asked them to cancel that order because I did not make it nor did I authorize the charge. The representative then politely asked me if I tried the free product and I answered, "No". He then kept asking me, "Why not?" I said because I"m not sure about it. He asked why again, and I replied, "Because, I am not comfortable with the credibility of their product after discovering it is not by Snoop Dog and Martha Stewart and after being charged without my consent." He then asked nicely did I at least open it? The moment I replied, "Yes" is when he had become very hostile and rude with me. He said, "Well being that you opened it you will not get a refund! That's what we have charged you for! You were only given a short time to try it!" He changed his story while I was on the phone with him. This company is very fraudulent, dishonest, and manipulative. Due to their dishonest behavior it makes me question the quality of their product. I now wonder, will I be in for another disturbing surprise if I were to ignore the risk to try their hemp oil product and be in for another unauthorized expense with my health?
