Employment Scam

Sara Headrick HR emailed me about remote DE Clerk position, which required me to an online assessment. The next day, I received an offer for employment email from the COO Marshall Craig. I submitted my address in order to be allowed access to the employee portal & was requested to create a Telegram account for communication purposes until I received my laptop. Since all tasks were completed, all communication has stopped. I then searched Marshall Craig’s name & the ScamPulse.com Scam Alert was at the top of the search results.

Employment Scam

I was contacted via text message from someone claiming to be a recruiter for this company. "Good morning! My name is Sarah from NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology. I am contacting you regarding your job application for the role of a remote data entry clerk. I am pleased to inform you that we would like to invite you to interview for this position. The rate of pay for this role will be $30 per hour. If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to hr@nugenerexinc(.)com . I look forward to the possibility of working with you and hearing from you soon. Please note that the parentheses in the email address should be removed."
I emailed my resume to the email address provided. We chatted back and forth for a few days. Now Sarah asked me to download Telegram to talk until my home office things get shipped to me. She hasn't asked for personal information yet.
