The representative have called our vendors trying to book their hotel rooms and have been rude and pushy with them trying to get them to book rooms. When I called they hung up on me refused to let me talk to a supervisor. They have no other contact information or any other way to reach out to the company other than the one number and one email. They threatened me personally on the last call.
