NovaPaw charged credit card twice without consent

I ordered one that is ONE novapaw pee pad, I paid for it by credit card! Without me knowing, they charged my credit card 59.99 at the end of june and july !!!! That is almost 120.00! I called them, first i got a recording for something totally different. I called back and got a lady in India!!!!! She told me i was getting charged a membership fee of 59.99 per month!! I ordered one pad, paid over 40.00 for it, i got that pad and that was it and that it all i wanted was one pad only. I dont have dogs anymore so i dont need pee pads. Novapaw kept charging me. Again, i ordered one pee pad, paid for it, then got charged 59.99 twice. This company is a scam, fraud. And you cant even talk to a person in america! Stay away from this company. If you need pee pads for your dog, go to petsmart. At least you know its legit!!!

NovaPaw enrolled me in a monthly VIP service without consent

Ordered a pee pad for a puppy. Instead of one pad, 4 additional pads were actually ordered. I cancelled the additional pads. The amount was refunded. However I noticed a monthly charge of $59.9. I contacted NovaPaw who told me I joined a monthly VIP service. I cancelled the “membership”, contacted the credit card charged, automatic payment has been halted and a new card was issued. The customer service acts responsibly but this is an obvious case of fraud. Heads up.
