Employment Task Scam - Crypto Commissions

Nova ledger labs contacted me saying they saw my resume on indeed, we corresponded through emails and text messages and finally a phone interview. I filled out my work contract which included a direct deposit form and copies of my drivers license. I began work the next day (2/13/25) doing research, and writing reports, On 3/11/25 they direct deposited $1060 into my bank account for a (bonus task) they had me buy bitcoin for $1000 and send it to a bitcoin address they provided (red flag) my bonus was the $60. I continued to work hard (these task were very in depth research on cryptocurrency, the stock market and esports) pay day came and i did not not receive my paycheck upon asking about this they said it would take three days because they were sending $15000 which included money for another bonus task, my pay was supposed to be $3200 and the bonus task money was $11800 of which i would have got to keep 5% of ($590) i told them my bank account was overdrawn because i had things set up on auto pay and i really needed to be paid. i was then told i would be compensated $20 extra for each day i wasn't paid. The 3 days came and went and still no money. i was then told it would be 2 more days because of the large amount, when i asked why i couldn't just get my paycheck and then the bonus money separately i was told that is just how they decided to send it. The 2 days pass and still no money. i ask again and i am told it will be sent that day. Next day i came down really sick told my (boss) Lauren Blake that i would need to take a sick day or two she said no problem feel better, Woke up the next day to a bunch of skype notifications (that is how we corresponded daily) i would sign on at 9 with a message from Lauren of Good morning and sign off at 1 with a message from her saying goodby. all my work was uploaded to skype as well. this time when i checked to see what all the notifications were it was because she deleted all the correspondence from herself to me to where my messages are there but hers are all gone from the first day i started til now, i messaged her our usual greeting just to see if she would answer me since i knew this was a scam at this point and i got nothing back, first time in over a month. I called the number she text me from and it hangs up on you, the # on their web page is some google # and doesn't appear to be legit either. I called the police they said they can't do anything, i called my bank and now i have to close that account that i have had for 23 years and open a new one, i don't know what i can do about them having my drivers license. It just really sucks i worked for over a month and didn't get paid i really needed that money.
