The business model of this ‘publishing house’ is to take your £6000-£7000 upfront to publish your book and carry out a best sellers marketing campaign in order to get your initial investment back and to then make an income from your book. Be warned, you will be chasing them up fir the entire duration once they have your cash. The problem being this ‘publishing house’ have no idea how to market a book let alone how to make it a best seller. Their ‘best seller’ marketing campaign (that they will not disclose to you) is to give downloads of your book away for free; that’s it. You will never get your initial investment back and I have yet to speak to anyone who has used this company who has made any profit at all. I am now with an experienced publishing house with a tangible strategy, openly discussed, for my specific books. The difference in their knowledge and experience is beyond refreshing. I was tired of notebook’s excuses and war and peace emails basically trying to cover up the fact that they do very very little for their authors. Once they have your upfront payment they are not interested in you. Basically it’s a take your money and run business! Kiss good bye to any dreams of becoming a sought after author under notebook publishing. Try hard at best, infantile and less than mediocre in reality.
Go to a reputable, true publishing house or self publish. Don’t invest in these that’s for sure!
