John from North Coast processing contacted my son and gave him the information for me to contact them regarding a collection account that was never paid. He gave the name of the bank and the amount of money that was owed. I looked into the allegation and I did have an account that was paid off in 2021. They threatened me with wage garnishment a lien on my house etc. When I spoke to the superior today, I told her that I did some investigation and they are not a legitimate company. She told me to have a nice day and hung up. She wanna hear what I had to say. He informed me that HSBC is a preparatory lender and will do anything to get a debt paid
