Terrible customer service... Company made me send them a video of their defective unit...meaning I had to reconnect the defective unit and make a video, to prove their product is defective.. a complete and utter waste of time.. Avoid this company if you can, and avoid these cheap plastic shower heads.. they don't even ship with necessary hose and holder. Their website touts a trouble free warranty, but they are the opposite of trouble free

2 of their filter shower heads were purchased and both busted in the head part after 3 uses. This company makes their customers pay to send their faulty products back and they steal a 25% of product cost for a restocking fee. Thus making me lose money not once but twice. Their customer service is terrible as well.
