Website falsely claimed shipping was from California or New Jersey but after order was placed it said from China. Initial shipping was 3-5 days and when it did not arrive and I contacted customer service via email they extended shipping to 7-15 days. Many weeks later still never received package and they claimed it was delivered. When I wanted a refund they kept coming back with only offering me 40% of my purchase amount back, then 60% was offered and now only 90%! My order number also coincidentally no longer exists in their system. Today is 9/24/26 and my order was placed 6/30/2026 and I still have not received an order or a refund!
