I made a purchase from nordictrack on black Friday 2022 through their website and ended up completing the purchase through a phone call. Item was delivered to my home and I was to set up myself. The catalog of paper manuals and apps and support emails and phone numbers that transfer to unrelated parties that require separate transactions for usage or foreign countries and cannot service your requests. At any rate after setting it up using the qr code and did not having my exact model available, it did not work at all. I called all the numbers and sat on hold for no less than 6 hrs the first round to be told they would send new wiring to install myself (I am not an electrician) so I requested servicing that was not offered to me first as to be sure I wasn't breaching warranty contract. They hired a 3rd party to come service when parts were delivered to my home. Schedule set for repairs. We took off work to chaperone servicing. The parts delivered were not the correct parts so he tested what he could then requested parts through his portal for them to approve to then make another appointment to service unit. He has done this 3 times now with nordictrack sending janky or incorrect parts the unit hasn't worked from the beginning and continues to get damaged and replaced parts that are not to be trusted. I have reached out to all options of 'contact us' to request my refund or replacement in general and they will not reply. I have lost total faith in nordictrack products and feel that this is a strange 'at large' scam due to their inability to provide servicing and promise of brand new products. I paid for a new product with extra coverage warranty and they have only prompted the 3rd party service man regularly without contacting me at all. I want a refund and them to take this extremely heavy unit out of my home immediately. But they will not answer my requests. I bought their extended warranties and followed their initial warranty to a 'T'. I don't know what else to do but warn everyone here on ScamPulse.com of the false business they claim to be. I paid so much for nothing. Literally 200 lbs of trash not the prestige fitness equipment their name claims to be. The service man said they will replace everything at snail pace in hope that I will give up eventually without hearing from them and that is not right. Please help me. I have no voice with them.
