Although one of the e-mails they responded to me said
"Tracking records show that a delivery attempt was made, but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. The package was then held at the carrier's local warehouse. Typically, items need to be picked up within seven days; otherwise, they are returned to us.
I think my only hope is that they are just very incompetent and my items may eventually arrive.
