Companies like Baerskin Tactical give a bad name to other online retailers. My orders were confirmed on Oct 14, 2024 and my card was charged for the total on the 15th, a total of 455.52. Unfortunately I made a fairly big order and they sent me the free stuff and the terrible quality smaller items. I think the only thing I like is the belt, sox and toboggan although I will never wear anything with their name on it. I have reached out to them several times via e-mail, an attempted phone call and through their locate order link which I can find but all they do is say it is on the way and the tracking really tells you nothing. The latest comment at the tracking link on 12/1**** **** *********** *****:13.867Z

UNKNOWN - Import customs clearance delay. We're inspecting your order, Carrier note: We're inspecting your order"

Although one of the e-mails they responded to me said

"Tracking records show that a delivery attempt was made, but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. The package was then held at the carrier's local warehouse. Typically, items need to be picked up within seven days; otherwise, they are returned to us.

I think my only hope is that they are just very incompetent and my items may eventually arrive.
