Received letter in the mail about an offer to keep our current home warranty up to date and not let it expire. We have home insurance already for our home but do not have and never had a "home warranty". The letter showed our Customer ID of HDU*******73 with a number of 1-805-***-***** to call. I called the number and provided the Customer ID number and asked the representative who they were and that we never had a home warranty on our current home with their company and the letter stated we need to call to "renew" our home warranty before it expired. She stated that the letter was an offer to have a home warranty provided. I asked what we be provided that our home insurance and home shield plan would not cover. I also mentioned we continually get these letters from their company and that needed to stop. She then hung up.
