Home Protection Direct sent me a letter via U.S. Mail. The (window envelope) was blank other than the upper right corner where the stamp goes it read: (Presorted Standard U.S. Postage Paid Permit No. 11 Mailed from Zip Code 62295). I called the scammers again after making complaint with USPS. Joshua answered my call. He asked me for my Customer ID. No. I gave him the Property Code listed on the letter. He then called me by my name and began telling me my home warranty would expire if I didn't pay money $395 down and 12-month payments of $299 for the next 3 years to keep my warranty. After I requested to see my account online through his website. He said we do everything over the phone. When I asked him to send my current account information to my email since I already have a warranty that's expiring. He could not do that. Note: The address on the letter really tiny at the bottom (Home Protection Direct, 505 Corporate Center Drive, Belleville, IL 62221) and the blank envelope indicate it was mailed from (Valmeyer, IL 62295).
