My parents received a call (I haven't lived there in over 30 years) and they said a case had been filed against me and gave them a case number. I called back the number and they had a different name associated with the case number. He asked if the number I was calling from was my personal number and I told him yes (my lie) so he said they must have some wrong information. You think? Definitely a scam.

Called me Aug. 3rd, from 855-251-7901 and left a voicemail. She said they received my info and were serving me w/A summons on Aug 6th at my home or place of employment and if I had questions to call 737-201-1200. I called this morning. When I asked what I reached, she said an investment firm, NLI. Gave my name, she said she had no info on me. I think she refused to go on w/ me because I was asking questions.
