Ordered chairs from nlacwo and got endless excuses, no delivery

We ordered the chairs from nlacwo.com and waited for them to arrive. When they didn’t , I contacted them through email at [email protected] and said shipment is late due to storm. Waited. Contacted again and was told it was delivered, someone must have taken it. I told them with cameras that did not happen. Contacted again and was told there was an accident and the whole shipment was wrecked. I wanted a refund for the $50 I lost. Was told they would refund 50%. I told them either I get the chairs or a full refund. Then it went to 60% refund and 80% refund. All this time, they would not give me a tracking number . This took place from September 21,2023 to October 31, 2023. I did not hear anymore from them. When I tried to contact them, it said no such email address. Yesterday I happened to try the email again and it worked! The only response I received was just like the first time I contacted them. Otherwise nothing.
