Purchased some jewelry from them in December. With the excuse that is was getting lost, I never received the package. I’m out 50.00 because of them. The sad part it was for my grandma who saw the jewelry and wanted it for Christmas! So upset with people in this world.

Saw and ad on Facebook for a treadmill and purchased it. It was about $40. I contacted them because I never received anything and they made up some story about the vendor had shipping issues. They sent me a tracking number and it was a fake tracking number going to an address that was not mine. I have been communicating with someone since the end of 2023 and they keep saying be patient, the item shipped but can't provide a tracking number. I already contacted my bank and received a refund but these people need to be stopped immediately.

Bought a product on facebook 5 months ago on 16 Nov 2023. Got the receipt by mail and I never received the product till now.
I have sent several mails to them but till no product. They asked me to wait for a couple of days each time I sent them a mail of reminder.
They always reply by stating that their shipping partner has a problem and may be they have lost the product and to wait for a couple of days again and again.

After 6 Months Definitely a Scam...

I purchased the toolbox which was being advertised on Facebook in November last year and it was was never sent to me. I have communicating with someone on the on [email protected] who keeps on giving me fake promises. I don't know if anything will be done and I now tired.

I saw this advertisement for a Pandora some days before Christmas and I ordered some stuff for Christmas gifts. They sent me a receipt and I thought everything was fine. A couple of days later I tried to see if my order had been shipped they. With some follow up emails after couple days someone replied with emailed saying they had so many orders it broke their machine and that my order had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. Every day I would track my order until it got to NICHOLASVILLE, KY. I tracked it for a couple of days and it said it was delivered to a the door of NICHOLASVILLE, KY. I emailed them again to inform them my order was delivered to the door of NICHOLASVILLE, ningzhang ask me to be looking for the nearest post office for my package. got no answer.

On December 24, 2023, I ordered and paid for a set of colored pencils at a big discount. The recipient of the payment is indicated BRODE INNER INC (+16183895730). The site on which the pencils were posted has already disappeared, and this email address was indicated as technical support.

I wrote to them after not receiving any information for several days. They replied that they had a large load, and a few days later they gave me a tracking code. The code was tracked on the website they indicated and on the international tracking website, but Dutch Post did not see it even when the parcel was supposedly in the country.

On January 16, 2024 I received a notification that the package had been delivered. However, I did not receive any parcel. They said the address was incorrect, although everything was fine. After that, they “tried to resolve the issue” for about two more weeks. After which they wrote to me that they were ready to send another parcel to replace the lost one. I still have not received the tracking code for the promised parcel, the scammers again cite extreme busyness. I understand that I won't get anything anymore.

I made a purchase online for two advent calendars on December 18, 2023 and they were never delivered. It shows that they were delivered to the El Paso Texas and I live nowhere in that state, and I put address in when I made the order. I have contacted them multiple times via this email and they have been giving me the runaround instead of just refunding me my money as I have been requesting since January 20th which is $59.98. Today I have not received the package or my money back. This is a scam. Do not order anything from these people.

I paid for an infinity table an they said they sent it. It never arrived said it went to Lowell mass but I put the correct address in the invoice. Said they send me the tracking number an it didn't work.
