I purchase an item from Nightsis, Ukrainian Treasurers Inc in the amount of $36.90. The purchase was charged to my PayPal account. I received the item and it was too small. I reached out to the seller and asked to return it for a larger size but the request would not go through to the email provided. I only had 30 days to return the item or lose my money. When I could not reach the seller by phone or internet, I contacted PayPal who finally got the seller to respond and offer me a refund upon receipt of the purchased item. They provided an address for return but when I took the package to the post office, they informed me there was no such address. I contacted PayPal again to inform them of the information provided by the post office but they ended up denying my claim. This company cannot be reached to speak to a customer service representative. I’ve exhausted all avenues of dealing with the company and PayPal.
