Your son was not the only one taken. The exception is the scam was on Shih Tzu puppies. The phone number I had to send the $$ to is 240-264-9094. The main # I had was 830-202-5901. The website I used was shrumshihtzuhome.com, but it has since been taken down. They have a new website up darlashrumshihtzuhome.com. I paid half the total cost as a deposit and drove 3 hours one way to pick her up. I filed a police report too. I don't expect to see the money again, but hope this helps others from being a victim.

Fake seller of dachshund puppies. Asks for deposit on full amount. Then pretends it’s not received even though payment platform HelpDesk confirmed it was. Then just stops responding. So you’ll never get a puppy or money.
After short investigation found a few similar sites with the same Reviews and pictures of very different puppies but of the same age, some photos found being taken from Instagram and modified with photoshop. The guy doesn’t hesitate to robe women and kids.

Fake seller of dachshund puppies which you’ll never see ( nor your money). May change the site name but the contents ( Reviews etc) are copy-pasted.
Another phone is +1 (240) 264-9094. My kid was too naive and got robbed.
