Avoid these scammers

They will bait and switch the product. Advertised a glass ornament and sent a 2 dimensional photo of the ornament encased in plexiglass! Won’t give a refund or let you return the item. Total scammers. They will write back that “they are so sorry you aren’t happy’ and to email customer support. They don’t care at all. Glad I only lost $30.
The good reviews must be written by their staff.

Thieves that took my money for a crappy product.

Do not purchase anything from this store! They have a policy that you have to email them in order to make a return. I emailed them 3 times in 9 days after I received my order. I have not received a single response back from them. In addition, the resolution is terrible on the shower curtain (It was taken from one of their photos), there is light stitching on dark material which makes it look incredibly cheap and there are only 10 holes instead of 12 . You could probably deal with that if you loved the shower curtain. I hate it, but with their policy I am not allowed to return anything without talking to their "support" which does not exist at all. They are thieves that took my money for a crappy product.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. BUYER BEWARE, this is a third-party vendor that has no phone number for customer service and does not accept returns. I ordered a shower curtain in Jay 2022, and rec'd it 2 months later. I had already emailed the company and told them to cancel the order late January because it the delivery was taking too long- no response. Two months later I get the item, however by thatntime I had already bought a replacement shower curtain, so I returned the item within the 10-day cancellation policy. I provided proof by way of a USPS Priority Express receipt and tracking number. They still refused to provide a refund because I had not gotten "their" permission prior. Thankfully my credit card will likely issue a permanent credit to my card. There is no accountability with this company and no phone number to address complaints.

Dishonest Deceptive Misrepresented Company

I simply ordered a tablecloth for a family member for a festive gift. The item took 7 weeks to arrive, and only arrived after I disputed the transaction with my bank. I got so many lies, excuses, and routing numbers that were fraudulent. When the item finally arrived, it was of extremely poor quality, the print was blurry and looked nothing like the photo they advertised on their website. When asking for a return for misrepresentation, they insulted and tried to convince me there was nothing wrong - photo's attached below. When the mediator bank said to mail back the item, they failed to send me an address in English that I could actually do so, I emailed so many times about sending it back to one of their USA staged addresses, and they keep refusing the return. There is no customer service, only an email address, because they accepted Paypal, I expected this to be a smooth transaction, it was nothing but. I'm still struggling with the return and refund, and once this company had my email address and Paypal address, I've had repeated attacks on my security. Beware of this company called Nahalahome - they are based out of VN not the USA. The first 3 pictures are the blurred tablecloth that arrived, next to a clearly printed recipe card of mine, the last picture is what their website showed, and what I thought I was buying - totally different!

ITEM NOT DELIVERED and no support

Purchased curtains on 12/16/2021. Supposed delivery on 1/14/2022 but never received item. Filed a complaint with the person who was communicating with me on email only to keep being told it was delivered. No help from their end at all. I don't believe this package was ever sent. I should have reviewed this company before buying. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total scam company. I should have searched for reviews online -- and I highly recommend you do as well prior to ordering. I ordered two curtain panels in a galaxy design for my son's room. They took FOREVER to arrive -- twice the amount of time they said at first. The panel dimensions (54X83) are for both curtain panels, which they DO say below the product description. My fault for not noticing. But when the two 27X83 curtain panels arrived, it's obvious they just reduce the graphic with no eye towards aspect ratio -- so the graphic looks ridiculous, just made skinny enough to fit on the panel. No one would want a curtain that looks like that, which is why, I guess, they don't show it like that on the website. I emailed three days in a row about a return before I got an answer, basically asking me to restate my issue. Did that, then, after another day had passed, they asked for pictures of the curtains I received, which is ridiculous. My guess is they're trying to run out the clock because, according to their website, they only allow returns within 10 days of receiving the product.

My guess is the majority of the glowing reviews you see on this website are left by the company itself. Do not order from this site.

I bought the sofa cover from Nhalahome. The fabric is very soft and very stretchy. The colors are bright and the design as advertised. It wasn't quite the shape of my sofa but it's so stretchy that it works as long as you have the correct length. Easy to use. Make my sofa clean and new! Love it!

I don’t recommend buying from NHalahome.com. We ordered a rug for a child’s room and when it came in we thought that the material and quality were not good. The material has a plastic feel to it and there is no label so there is no way to know where it was made or what it was made of. NHalahome’s return policy seems to be “There are no returns”. We contacted NHalahome but because there is no damage or defect they will not take it back. They say the rug is made from Crystal velvet/Non-slip rubber and the back is epoxy. I suspect that it will burn well. This rug was definitely not worth the price and NHalahome does not stand behind their products.

I'm literally mad at myself for not researching this company better, I usually always do, they scam you out of your money. They pretend they send you a package and claim it was delivered when in reality the package was never sent.
Please please do not buy from this company, it is a scam.
Tough lesson to learn.

I placed an order in it looks like according to my current Post Office that may label was only created in has been Scanned at different times in different days and it looks like there is no physical package it was over $100 omni advertise all the time I've emailed them and they keep telling me that it's on its way it's on its way giving me current in supposed updated information however my Post Office says there's no physical package scanned anywhere I ask for refund and no reply
