Rental agreement contract was signed and later they started to request upfront payment that is supposed to be reimbursed during the negotiation closure. Initial two payments were done in escrow company bank account in Mexico and then they came with another one supposedly to be linked to taxes and which they failed to prove as legitimate. Recently I have found in some internet sites that this is a known scam method from past years and becoming critically popular.
*Note: Form did not have outside USA/Canada as an option so I picked up same scammer location.
