I placed an or with Nguyenphinth on January 4, 2021. I have a screen shot of my bank statement. I have never received my cutting board knife. I have tried contacting them and have been totally ingnored!? What I ordered was a cutting board knife. The sad part is that the reason I ordered it was because I was visiting with family and she had purchased this item and when she showed it to me I wanted one. She gave me the information and the company she ordered from, which was this company. So I guess at some point, they were a legitimate company. This is so wrong how these people take advantage of others.

I ordered large pieces to repair. I got swatches That are sample size. Unbeknown to be, this payment went through PayPal, which I do not have, so I do not know how this happened. This is obviously a scam. It came thru Facebook. It was a month+ for the swatches tocome. The order was for 4 pieces of cloth2 ft by 4 ft. The swatches are 4 INCHES X 8 INCHES! The return address on the package is Hou Wenzheng, 1200 Worldwide Blvd, Hebron, KY 41048.
