Have recieved SEVERAL text messages from multiple people (Same phone number) saying "My Name, this is Alexis from Nexfund. Would now be a better time to go over your options? Or you can also reach us -833-514-0553"

Or messages like "My name, following up from Nexfun on your loan inquiry. Still exploring your $50,000 options? Let's talk briefly - what time work best? You can also talk to us on 833-514-0553"

I've never looked into a loan for that amount nor have I ever reached out to this company. I get at least 1 text a day from this number.

I received mutiple calls and text messages saying i had applied for a loan and they were able to get me approved for 30,000 dollars right awat. I just need to verify my personal information, which they already had some of. I told them i had not applied for any loans and did not want one. I asked them on every single call or text to remove me from their call list and they still keep contacting me.

Received a text message from Nexfund:

"Hi *******, this is Alexis from Nexfund. I saw your loan request come through and it looks like you're pre-approved for $40,000-perfect for simplifying your finances. Are you available to discuss now? You can always reach us on (833) 514-0553. Text End to opt out."

Then followed up with text messages:

"Hi ******, Nexfund here. Just checking in to see if you received my previous message. Is now a better time to give you a call?"

And another message:

"Hi ******, Can I call you now to go over your $40,0000 personal loan? Or call us at (833) 514-0553. If you no longer need it, just let me know, I appreciate it."

the formatting of the text is not an automated style its deliberately typed out and the spacing is wrong for "reply stop to opt out"

Text message said: "Hi Richele, this is Alexis from Nexfund here. Can I call you to go over your $70,000 personal loan? If you no longer need it, just let me know. I appreciate it." I did not apply for a loan with Nexfund, nor have I ever heard of them. I did recently get a personal loan directly from my bank, and I did not shop around, so no one else should think I am looking for one. I googled Nexfund and came across several reports about this scan with nearly verbatim text messages shared. I blocked them from calling or messaging again, but thought I should report it as I am sure the scan truly kicks in when you call to say you didn't take out a loan.

I have been receiving these on a daily basis. I have not applied for a loan. Here are several variations of the messages.

“Hi (Name), this is Alexis from Nexfund here. Can I call you to go over your $30,000 personal loan? If you no longer need it, just let me know. I appreciate it”

“Hi (Name), Don't want to bother you. This is Nexfund to finish reviewing options for your $30,000 personal loan. Do you have time now for a quick call? If the $30,000 is no longer needed, let me know. I appreciate it.”

“Hi (Name), this is Nexfund to review options for your $30,000 personal loan. Is now a better time for a quick call?
