We ordered a jersey thinking it was a real company. The wrong jersey came and it’s fake, small, there is a stain, the stitching is awful and it came from “John Kirby” 2522 Tyler Ave south El Monte CA, 91733

Their website looked similar to the Fanatics website. I ordered a custom hockey jersey online. Received an email from different payment processing company. The I got fraud notification charges on my credit card for $800.00. I’ve been sending emails to them for almost 2months and they keep saying, “be patient”. They did provide a tracking number but the item has “departed from partner shipping facility” for over a month and I still have not received it.
